Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect your returned item after we receive it.
  • Refund Time: After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
